NAAKIMS Worldwide was founded in 2000 at the University of Uyo by a small group of visionary Akwa Ibom medical students who saw the need for a strong, unified voice. What began as informal gatherings of students sharing notes and encouragement has grown into a nationwide movement spanning 12 chapters across 9 states.
Today, with over 5,000 members - students, alumni, and patrons - NAAKIMS stands as the premier association for Akwa Ibom medical and dental surgery students. Our legacy is written in the lives we've touched through mentorship, community health outreach, financial aid, and an unbreakable bond that transcends borders.
